Bodog Fight and Strikeforce are hooking up again to present a wild San Jose, four-man, 185lb tournament. We just love hooking up with Strikeforce. They’re just so forceful. And striking.

The event is a first for Bodog. Four fighters are being invited to the event, but the actual matchups will be determined at the weigh-ins by some kind of random system. So, for instance, Trevor Prangley may end up fighting a tyrannosaurus or, possibly, a tuft of wild grass.

Okay, the four fighters actually (tentatively) invited are Trevor Prangley, Jorge Santiago, Falaniko Vitale, and Yuki Sasaki. Bitchin!

All of you Tara LaRosa fans should check out episode 2 of Bif Naked Bride, where the lucky lady’s groom interviews our Women’s 135 champion. He also gets seriously pummeled.

Let me take you back to the days of Bodog Fight: St. Petersburg. You remember - free vodka, naked girls, impossibly hallucinatory wrap parties - yep, those were the days. Here’s a photo to jog your memory.

For the St. Petersburg show we made a series of tricky minigames that had cool digital prizes. These games were later entered in the 2007 Digital Marketing Awards - and we won the fuck out of it. Last Sunday, I and several of my fellow Bodogers (Bodogrs? Bodogors?) attended the aptly named “Bodog Fight Presents Strikeforce at the Playboy Mansion’s Back Lawn Near the Peacock Feeding Shed.” It was a real gas. Here’s some pics. Oh, and sorry about the wait on these. We’re, um, lazy.

The setting was stunning. Big cage on the lawn with the house all lit up behind. Just gorgeous. Okay, okay, where are the bunnies?

There it is! The infamous grotto! I went inside and took a look, but there was like a thousand other gawkers in there with cameras so I didn’t bother to take a picture.

As expected, the cocks were out in full force. Actually, I think these are birds of paradise or possibly flamingos. I don’t know.

Oh yes - Hugh was there with his retinue of hotties. He sat right in the front row and caught all the action right in the face. His bodyguard tried to submit me when I took this picture.

Considering it was the Playboy Freaking Mansion, I expected a wild, hedonistic romp. This was the only naked girl there. She’s posing with Tricia Jenkins, one of the winners of a Bodog Fight MMA vacation package we awarded a few months ago.

The fights we watched will be aired during the run of season 6, which begins airing Oct 30th. Don’t miss ‘em.
